Buller Adventures reserves the right to modify transport routes in any situation deemed unsafe.
Buller Adventures shall not be held responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by change of schedule, vehicle breakdown, weather or any other conditions.
Booking and Payments
To confirm a booking payment is required, along with email acknowledgement from Buller Adventures that payment has been received.
Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to departure/hire

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations are to be notified via email by the person making the booking.
Bookings cancelled more than 5 days before 10am on your date of travel/hire are fully refundable or transferable.
Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours but less than 5 days before 10am on your date of travel/hire are eligible for a 50% refund (of the total booking cost) or a full transfer.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of 10am on your date of travel/hire are non-refundable.
Failure to arrive at the arranged meet place within 30 minutes of the arranged meet time is considered to be a cancellation and no refunds or transfers are applicable. Please note this applies to shuttle transport, bike hire and any helicopter flights, but does not apply to vehicle relocation bookings.
If the Old Ghost Road trail status is 'closed' on your date of travel your booking is fully refundable or transferable - see for status.
If you have booked a service incorporating a helicopter flight and the helicopter is unable to fly for any reason, the helicopter portion of your booking will be refunded.
Safety Terms and Conditions
There are inherent risks in any adventure activity. It is a condition of Buller Adventures accepting your booking that you are aware of the potential dangers and have the skill level required to safely navigate your chosen route.
